Purpose

This tool helps you evaluate whether a prospective partner possesses the purpose, direction and vision necessary to build a stable, intentional and God-honouring future. The assessment is based directly on the eight evaluation areas presented in this chapter.

Instructions

Rate the person based on observable patterns, decisions, habits and conduct rather than promises, emotions or assumptions.

Interpreting Your Score

Score RangeInterpretation
33–40Strong evidence of purpose, direction and vision. The person appears intentional about building a meaningful future.
25–32Several positive indicators are present, though some areas require further observation and discussion.
17–24Important concerns exist regarding purpose, direction or vision. Proceed carefully and gather additional evidence.
8–16Significant concerns exist. The person currently demonstrates weak evidence of purpose, direction or vision.

Part A: Clarity About the Future
