6. Share Your Vision Selectively

Share your vision selectively. Be deliberate about who you involve in your direction. Do not expose your plans to every person or opinion. Identify individuals who demonstrate maturity, sound judgement and discretion. Seek input from those who strengthen your thinking rather than introduce confusion. Evaluate advice carefully and retain what is useful. Disregard what distracts or weakens your direction. Maintain responsibility for your decisions and remain consistent in the course you have established.
