Purpose

This tool helps you develop practical actions that will strengthen your ability to recognise emotional needs, understand love languages and express love in ways that make other people feel valued, appreciated and emotionally connected. It also helps you become more intentional about developing the emotional awareness and attentiveness required for a healthy marriage relationship.
