4. Build Supportive and Accountable Relationships

Surround yourself with people who can guide and support you. Join a mentorship group or seek wisdom from emotionally stable individuals who can help you understand your behavioural tendencies and propose strategies for growth. Be open to feedback and willing to learn from others. Accountability and mentorship can help you stay on track and enhance your emotional maturity.

Such an approach enables you to become more aware of your blind spots and be able to work on them. With the right support, you overcome challenges and achieve your goals; becoming more resilient and adaptable person. Your relationships flourishes as you grow and improve. Proverbs 11:14 affirms the importance of guidance and wise counsel. It reads (AMP): Where there is no [wise, intelligent] guidance, the people fall [and go off course like a ship without a helm], But in the abundance of [wise and godly] counselors there is victory.
