Purpose
This reflection tool helps you examine your current beliefs, attitudes and practices before beginning Emotional Guidelines for Choosing and Becoming Marriage Material. It provides an opportunity to reflect on the key themes explored throughout this guide: emotional intelligence, emotional maturity, understanding emotional needs and love languages, emotional safety, communication, conflict management and emotional stability in relationships. The guide emphasises the importance of understanding, managing and expressing emotions in ways that promote trust, stability and healthy relationships.
