Purpose

This tool helps you assess your current level of emotional maturity and identify attitudes, behaviours and emotional patterns that may strengthen or weaken your readiness for marriage. It also helps you evaluate your ability to regulate emotions, accept responsibility, communicate constructively, demonstrate empathy and maintain emotional stability within relationships.
