BG.T02-SA — Baseline Self-Assessment: My Relational and Social Readiness for Marriage
BG.T02-SA — Baseline Self-Assessment: My Relational and Social Readiness for Marriage
Purpose
This tool helps me assess my current level of relational and social readiness before beginning Relational and Social Guidelines for Choosing and Becoming Marriage Material. It establishes a baseline against which I can later evaluate my growth as I complete the Guide. The assessment focuses on how I relate with other people, respect individuality, manage conflict, communicate expectations, maintain healthy relationships and navigate social interactions. The Guide emphasises that healthy relationships are strengthened when individuality is respected, differences are valued and relationships are handled constructively.
Instructions
I will rate myself honestly based on my current attitudes, behaviours and relationship practices.
