The training program uses Joy Nyabongo's edutainment movie: The Candle in a Girl's Tender Heart; and other resources to highlight the challenges that employees encounter at work and convey solutions that a career person can easily identify with.
A combination of 'adult training methods' are used for an effective learning experience.
